Miniature Replica of Copper Tank

Copper tanks are used to boil wort in the brewing process. Hops are also added in the boiling process for its bitterness and aromatic qualities. Copper was used in the earlier days of beer brewing because of its high heat conductivity and is relatively inert to both wort and beer. Did you know? Miniature copper tank replicas are given out to staff who are retiring from APB Singapore; a tradition that we still carry out today!
